Olivia Stolzenthaler (born in 2003) is a Boston-based photographer. Adopted from China, and raised by a single White mother in America, Olivia’s work explores the complexities of self perception and identity as a transracial adoptee. Additionally, her work is influenced by mythology to examine her connection and love for the natural world. Olivia’s work has been exhibited in Massachusetts College of Art and Design’s All School Show in Boston, Massachusetts, receiving a Photography Department Best In Show award, and LoosenArt’s Mythology-Inspired show in Rome, Italy. She is working toward her Bachelor of Fine Arts in photography at the Massachusetts College of Art and Design.
